Insight School of Minnesota is made possible through a partnership between the Brooklyn Center School District #286 located in Brooklyn Center, MN and Insight Schools, Inc. The Brooklyn Center School District #286 authorizes and governs Insight School of Minnesota.

Brooklyn Center School District #286 has a long history of innovation and development of creative strategies for education.  The first school district in the United States to offer open enrollment, it has a diverse, engaged and vibrant student population.  Awarded a 21st century learning grant, Brooklyn Center provides multiple opportunities for learning and expanded resources for the community.

Insight Schools brings online expertise, resources, operational capabilities and a support network that allows the vision of the Brooklyn Center School District #286 to be realized and delivered to Minnesota teens statewide.

Both the Brooklyn Center and Insight teams share a passion that technology can be instrumental in personalizing a high school education.  The teams share a common background in providing students with access to the most advanced and diverse educational opportunity with an emphasis on equipping them with 21st century skills.
